Campaign Finance Debate Continues

— NPR's Peter Overby reports that the Senate reopens debate today on the McCain-Feingold Campaign Finance Reform Bill, which was stalled by a filibuster at the end of last year's session. The Senate Republican leadership is opposed to the legislation, and its passage is considered unlikely.
