Reaction From Kuwait

— NPR's Jennifer Ludden reports from Kuwait City, where residents are skeptical about the promises made by Iraq's President Saddam Hussein. This week marks the seventh anniversary of Kuwait's liberation from occupation by Iraqi forces. Kuwaitis have been nervously practicing emergency drills to prepare for any eventuality.
