Forest Suit

— Fred Kight of member station WOUB in Athens, Ohio, reports on an Ohio legal battle over the state's Wayne National Forest that's made it all the way to the Supreme Court. The case, scheduled to open tomorrow, argues who gets control over land use in Ohio's Wayne National Forest. Environmentalists say the Forest Service's management plan gives preference to logging interests over recreational users, and they are suing to have it thrown out.
