Starr & The White House

— NPR's Mara Liasson reports on the latest dispute between the White House and Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr. Starr has issued subpoenas to a White House communications advisor and a private investigator who works for President Clinton's lawyers. He wants them to appear before his grand jury and answer questions about the source of damaging information about his own deputy prosecutors.
