Northeast U.S. Freeze

— NPR's Steve Inskeep reports on the after effects of last week's massive ice storm in the Northeastern United States and Southeastern Canada. Hundreds of thousands of homes remain without electricity. To add to the misery, the weather forecast calls for sub-zero temperatures today.
