Legal Trust Accounts

— NPR's Nina Totenberg previews today's arguments in a Supreme Court case challenging the use of interest on lawyer trust accounts to provide legal services to the poor. Programs in all 50 states use millions of these dollars to pay the legal fees of those who otherwise could not afford representation. (5:32) >
