Avian Flu Scare Subsides

— NPR's Mary Kay Magistad reports that authorities in Hong Kong have ended the 'high alert' period for avian flu. It's a great relief for chicken farmers and sellers who say the scare has been financially damaging. On the Chinese side of the Hong Kong border business is dowm by more than two-thirds.
