S. Korean Debt Crisis

— NPR's John Ydstie reports that representatives from large international banks and from South Korea are holding talks in New York. They are working to find a long term solution to South Korea's debt crisis. Earlier this month, the banks agreed to extend the loan repayment deadline until March 31st.
