Supreme Court & Abortion

— NPR's Nina Totenberg reports on the state of the abortion debate in the courts twenty-five years after the Roe versus Wade decision. The Supreme Court seems likely to uphold abortion rights in general. The debate now centers on access to abortions and on specific procedures, especially late-term abortions.
