Sponding To The Lewinsky Allegations

— NPR's Mara Liasson reports that President Clinton and his advisors are having a hard time responding to allegations that he had an affair with a former intern and encouraged her to lie about it. The President and Press Secretary Mike McCurry promised reporters yesterday that the American people will get the full truth about the allegations, which President Clinton denies. But administration officials admit they're having trouble containing the damage the story is causing.
