— NPR's Elizabeth Arnold reports negotiations are still taking place about a possible deal for immunity for Monica Lewinsky to testify about her alleged affair with the President. While one senator has raised questions about Clinton's ability to run the country, reaction on Capitol Hill has been cautious. Some say they do not have enough facts to make a comment and pressure is growing for some answers from the President.
