Child Care Proposals

— NPR'S David Molpus reports the President has put together a 21-billion dollar package of proposals intended to help working parents meet their child care needs. Despite the proposals, however, some in the industry think difficulties with quality of care will persist unless the proposals deal directly with industry problems of chronically low wages and high employee turnover.
