Social Security's Future

— Host Bob Edwards talks with Governor Edward Gramlich of the Federal Reserve Board about the President Clinton's proposal to rescue Social Security with the projected budget surplus. Gramlich was a member of the President's advisory panel on Social Security, which was not able to reach consensus on a solution to the programs impending bankruptcy.
