Retirement In America

— NPR's Elaine Korry reports President Clinton addressed the problem of retirement security in his State of the Union speech last night. Pension experts say parts of his plan to bolster the Social Securty pension fund and expand the private pension fund should prove to be popular. Presently almost 75% of Americans who work for small businesses receive no retirement benefits.
