Judge Excludes Evidence Against President

—NPR's Nina Totenberg reports that the judge in the Paula Jones case exclude all evidence relating to the alleged relationship between Presidnet Clinton and Monica Lewinsky from the case. In effect, Judge Susan Webber Wright's ruling appears to remove Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr's grounds for charging either President Clinton or Lewinsky with perjury or obstructing justice.
