Holiday Employment

— NPR's Madeleine Brand reports that as the holiday shopping season begins, many businesses are having to resort to novel hiring techniques and giving extra benefits for workers... Unemployment is at a 24-year low and there are fewer people available for lower-paid seasonal work.
