Welfare, Jobs & Racism

— NPR's Peter Kenyon reports that some minority welfare recipients say they are encountering racial bias, in entering the workforce as required by the welfare reform law. They say that the race discrimination takes different forms: excluding them from certain jobs and making work intolerable on the jobs they are able to get.
