Microsoft: Stop Bundling

—NPR's John McChesney reports that a federal judge has temporarily ordered Microsoft to stop bundling its Internet browser with its Windows 95 operating system. The Justice Department has charged Microsoft with violating a 1995 consent decree that, in part, prohibits Microsoft from tying the purchase of one product to the purchase of another.
