Miami: Homeless Rights

— Alex Chadwick talks to Howard Simon, executive director of the Florida A-C-L-U, about the settlement of a nine-year court battle between 5000 homeless people and the City of Miami. One condition of the agreement would guarantee up to 15-hundred dollars to any homeless person who can prove that their rights were violated by police.
