Nichols Hearing

—- NPR's Wade Goodwyn reports from Denver where Terry Nichols' legal team failed to persuade the judge to drop the penalty phase of his trial. The jury only convicted Nichols of one count of conspiracy to blow up the Oklahoma City federal building and of manslaughter in the deaths of Federal agents.
