Public Schools, Private Money

— NPR's Melissa Block reports more and more public schools are relying on private fundraising to make up for budget cuts. Much of the money is used for art classes, music and even libraries... But now the New York City board of education has stepped into a debate over the role of fundraising, alarming many parents.
