— Jennifer Glasse reports US Ambassador to the UN Bill Richardson today begins a six-nation African tour in Kinshasa, Congo... Richardson hopes to persuade Congo President Laurent Kabila to permit a UN mission to complete its investigation in to the alleged massacre of Rwandan Hutu refugees during Kabila's 7-month campaign to oust former President Mobutu Sese Seko.
