Us-China Summit

— NPR's Mara Liasson reports that yesterday's summit between President Clinton and Chinese President Jiang Zemin produced announcements that the US will allow nuclear technology and aircraft sales to China. Despite a generally co-operative meeting, the President did question China's human rights policy.
