Chinese Human Rights Abuses Highlighted

— NPR's Brian Naylor reports that a group of legislators is taking President Jiang's visit as a chance to work against the Clinton Administration's friendly China policy. Next week the House will consider a series of bills to highlight and punish Chinese human rights abuses.
