Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz remarkably hid her battle with breast cancer from her colleagues and the public, despite several major surgeries and a simultaneous battle for reelection.

The Florida lawmaker talks about her health, why she kept her illness a secret and her legislative goal to raise awareness and educate young women on detection and risks of breast cancer.
