Brawley Defamation Suit

— Laura Sydell of member station WNYC reports a white, former New York prosecutor, once accused of raping a black teen in 1987, begins a 170-million dollar defamation suit against the Reverend Al Sharpton and two lawyers... The prosecutor was cleared when the charges by Tawana Brawley were declared a hoax.
