Apec Conclusion

— NPR's Elizabeth Arnold reports from Vancouver on today's conclusion of the Asian-Pacific economic summit... In their final communique, leaders of the 18 member countries will endorse a massive 68-billion dollar rescue package for troubled Asian economies, which the International Monetary Fund (IMF) will supervise.
