Congo Probe Stymied

— Host Bob Edwards talks with NPR's Anne Cooper about the UN team in the Democratic Republic of the Congo which has been given permission to continue its investigation into alleged massacres of Rwandan Hutu refugees... The Reconstruction Minister for the government of the former Zaire says the investigators can begin work immediately.
