— Host Renee Montagne [mon-TAIN] talks with N-P-R's Jennifer Ludden about a UN mission to investigate the alleged massacre of Rwandan refugees in the former Zaire during President Laurent Kabila's campaign to oust former leader Mobutu Sese Seko... The 23-member U-N team is now in the Congolese capital, Kinshasa, awaiting the permission of the Kabila government to proceed with the independent investigation which was to have begun two months ago.
