Tobacco Standards

— NPR's Adam Hochberg reports the FTC wants tobacco companies to change the way they measure nicotine and tar content in their products. The current method uses as a standard, tar and nicotine levels inhaled by a smoker who takes one puff per minute. The FTC thinks this is misleading.
