Pepsi Ceo Resignation

— NPR's David Molpus reports on the reasons behind the resignation of Pepsi-Cola CEO Brenda Barnes. She spent 22 years with the company, enjoying a steady rise through management...but Barnes says she's sacrificed her family for the sake of the job. She quit so she could spend more time with her husband and three children. Barnes says her decision is about "parenthood, not womanhood," and she hopes it doesn't send a negative message to other career women or to employers.
