> NPR's John McChesney reports that ailing Apple Computer removed its CEO only 18 months after he was brought aboard. The maker of the Macintosh dominated the early personal computer market but has lost most of the market to PC's running I.B.M-based operating systems and Microsoft software. The company announced it would turn to founder Steve Jobs for guidance.
