Conflicting Plans For Cambodia

— Host Bob Edwards talks with NPR's Mary Kay Magistad about the upcoming meeting of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations to negotiate a settlment to the crisis in Cambodia. Deposed leader Norodom Ranariddh has agreed to stop fighting to regain power from coup leader Hun Sen. He announced a plan for his Royalist party to form a caretaker government with Hun Sen's Cambodian People's Party. So far, Hun Sen intends to remain as the nation's sole leader.
