Living With Road Rage

— NPR's Alex Chadwick reports on the growing incidence of `road rage,' overly aggressive driving. At a Congressional hearing last week, experts testified that it's now a factor in two-thirds of all traffic fatalities. They attribute the problem to increasing congestion on the nation's highways and stress in people's lives.
