Healthcare For Uninsured Children

— NPR's Brenda Wilson reports on the 24 Billion dollars included in the spending bill, intended to provide health insurance to children, who are not covered by other policies. The money will be sent to the states in the form of block grants. The states will have flexibility in spending the money, so long as most of it goes to new health insurance coverage for children who need it.
