Marine Not Indicted

-- NPR's Wade Goodwyn reports that a Texas grand jury has decided not to indict a Marine who shot a high school student along the Mexican border. Jurors ruled that the Marine, who was patrolling the border for drug smugglers, fired in self-defense.
