Interest Rates Debate

N-P-R's John Ydstie reports on today's meeting of the Federal Reserve Board in Washington. The Fed will decide whether to hold interest rates steady or raise them to slow the economy. Judging by the recent performances of the financial markets, investors think the government will risk a little inflation and leave rates where they are.
