Californians Vs. Gas Companies

N-P-R's Mandolit Del Barco reports from Los Angeles on a dispute over gas prices. Motorists in San Francisco and San Diego accuse oil comapnies of price-fixing...they pay about 10 to 20 cents more per gallon than drivers in Los Angeles. Amid lawsuits and local regulatory action, the State Senate will consider the matter later this week.
