Late Term Abortions And Congress

—- NPR National Political Correspondent Elizabeth Arnold reports on growing confidence among abortion opponents that they are gaining momentum in their effort to ban certain late term abortions. Although a Senate vote yesterday fell short of the two-thirds needed to override a Presidential veto, Senate Minority Leader Tom Daschle voted in favor of the ban, to the dismay of abortion rights advocates.
