La Clean Air?

—- NPR's Ina Jaffe reports that in the last few decades Los Angeles has gone from having the nation's worst smog to leading the way in clean-up efforts. Though the air is not yet fully clear, the year since the Clean Air Act have seen a steady increase in visibility and a decrease in health threats.
