Kabila In Kinshasa

—- NPR's Michael Skoler reports from Kinshasa on the arrival of new leader Laurent Kabila. Now that he has come to the capital, the people of the Democratic Republic of the Congo are waiting to see if he will fulfill democratic promises. An announcement of a provisional government is expected today.
