Bank Law Overhaul

—- NPR's John Ydstie reports on the Clinton Administration's plan to update US banking laws. The measure will replace a sixty-year-old law and allow financial institutions to offer a range of services. Treasury Secretary Robert Rubin outlined the changes yesterday.
