Minn. Recount Continues, Quigley Wins Ill. Seat

There was a special election in Chicago Monday for the seat vacated by President Obama's chief of staff, Rahm Emanuel. Mike Quiqley won the seat in Illinois's 5th congressional district.

Also, the Minnesota recount plods forth with no clear winner.
