Big Supreme Court Decisions Expected

— N-P-R's Nina Totenberg reports that Supreme Court justices and their clerks have been working long hours to complete decisions in 16 remaining cases this term, which may have enormous consequences. Among the many issues involved are: doctor assisted suicide; the line item veto; gun control; Internet censorship; federal aid to parochial schools; and the punishment and treatment of sexual offenders.
