$85 Billion In Tax Cuts

N-P-R's Brian Naylor reports the House is expected to pass a bill today containing $85 billion in tax cuts. Among the cuts are a five-hundred dollar per child tax credit and reductions in the capital gains and inheritance taxes. the bill has very little Democratic support.
