Scotus: More Rulings

N-P-R's Nina Totenebrg reports on yesterday's Supreme Court decisions. The court struck down the Communications Decency Act and ruled that the group of legislators challenging the line-item veto had no standing to do so. Most notably, the Court ruled that individuals have no Constitutional right to have a doctor help them kill themselves...upholding state bans on physician-assisted suicide.
