Japanese React To Hong Kong

— NPR's Julie McCarthy reports on Japan's reaction to the handover of Hong Kong. Although the media are covering the event heavily, the Japanese seem unexcited. Their main concern is maintaining stability...keeping the shipping lanes open and the financial markets healthy.
