Chemical Weapons.

Host Bob Edwards talks to National Security Adviser Sandy Berger, who makes the administration's case in favor of Senate ratification of the Chemical Weapons Convention, which will take effect April 29th with or without U-S participation. They also discuss the crisis on the Korean Peninsula and the stalled peace talks between Israel and the Palestinians.
