Working Moms Series Pt.2

—- In the second of three parts, NPR's David Molpus reports on some of the challenges new mothers and their employers face when those new moms return to work after taking maternity leave. Molpus talks to some working mothers in Santa Barbara, California, who are featured in a series of paperback books some companies are using to educate their employees about diversity, maternity, and worklife management. (7:35) [NOTE: the books are written by Cathy Feldman and published by Blue Point Books, a grass roots women's project in Santa Barbara.]
