—- Host Bob Edwards talks with Eugene Fidell, President of the National Institute of Military Justice, about the sentencing of Sergeant Delmar Simpson. Last week, Simpson was convicted of 18 counts of rape and other charges of sexual misconduct for his part in the sex scandal at the Aberdeen Proving Ground. The military jury can sentence Simpson to life for any ONE of the rape charges...and might have different motivations than a civilian jury.
